S & A Children's Care Services Inc. is designed to provide adolescent male clients who have developmental disabilities a safe structured home environment. S & A Children's Care Services Inc. is also designed to help clients in leading more productive independent lives through behavior modification and redirection from inappropriate behaviors/actions. Clients have the opportunity to attend outside activities such as shopping, going to the movies, and attending sporting events.
