Description

The Ruffian Foundation is a 501 (c) (3) nonprofit, charitable organization run entirely by volunteers to support a feral cat sanctuary. The refuge is located in rural NC on 28 wooded acres of donated land. The feral cats relocated to the sanctuary faced a life threatening situation in their previous habitats due to widespread economic development and human neglect.
