Description
Rotary Camp is a summer camp for children and adults with disabilities. Each summer we serve over 900 campers through day and overnight programs. While at camp, campers enjoy traditional activities such as canoeing, swimming, crafts, campfires, and games.
In addition to the camp activities, Rotary Camp serves as a resource for families. Camp provides respite care, facilities support groups, and helps families in crisis.
The camp was founded in 1924 by members of the Akron Rotary Club. It is currently operated by the Akron Area YMCA.
