Rosedale Elementary School


2005 National Winner of Character Education Program Promising Practices Award for Effective Character Education Built in 1953, Rosedale was one of the first schools in the Chico Unified School District. Rosedale is a K-6 school with a rich multiculturally diverse population. Rosedale houses one of the two programs in the District for the Two Way Spanish Immersion Program as well as a Neighborhood Program. Teachers, staff and students respect each other and strive to develop each student's unique potential in a safe and enriched learning environment.
