the Rose Memorial Library Association is a small public library in Stony Point, NY. RML is a part of the Ramapo Catskill Library System, which serves Rockland, Orange, Sullivan and Ulster counties in NY. Public libraries are funded entirely through donations, grants, local taxes with little help from the state and federal levels. Public libraries are community based organizations that provide equal access to materials, internet access, information, and entertainment to all.
