Description
ROPARD, The Associations for Retinopathy of Prematurity and Related Diseases, was founded in 1990 and is the first organization in the country dedicated to eliminating problems of low vision and blindness in children caused by premature birth and retinal disease.
ROPARD also runs the Children's Low Vision Resource Center, which provides free of charge educational materials and information to families visiting the Center.
