Roosevelt Elementary is a Community School. A community school is both a friendly place and a partnership between the schools, and the community where the school is open to everyone. Our focus is on academics, support, services, and opportunities to improve learning for students and their families. Using Roosevelt Elementary as the center of our community with the support of parents, local businesses, and community resources, we will create a safe and familiar place to: improve on student & adult learning, increase parent & family participation, add before & after school programs, and provide health & mental health services.
Roosevelt Elementary has a total of 547 students pre-k through 5th grade. 76% of our students come from low income families.
