To provide educational resources to those who wish to pursue higher education in the field of Law Enforcement, those whose parents have served the community in the field of Law Enforcement and those who have a heart for life in all its stages.
To encourage acts of character in the field of Law Enforcement by presenting an annual award to a Law Enforcement officer nominated by his/her peers or members of the community.
To provide a clearinghouse of safety resources and training to parents and children.
