Description

The Romania Animal Rescue, Inc. is a US 501 c 3 non-profit that promotes animal welfare in the country of Romania. We are a United States funded charity, and registered in the state of California.
There are many Americans who are concerned about the plight of the Romanian animals, dogs in particular, and have yearned for a way to safely donate to help them.
RAR sets up free spay/neuter for animals in the country of Romania, as well as providing scholarships for veterinarians who require further training in order to work for RAR.
