Description

RCYS has been around since 1976, we offer free counseling services for youth and their families. Our counselors work in every public school in the county. We also have an emergency shelter for youth ages 8 to 17. Our shelter is open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Most of the youth in our shelter is here because of abuse or neglect from their family. Our motto is "Believing in the Potential of YOUth."
