Rocky Mountain Development Council (RMDC) has been working in south-central Montana communities since 1965, touching thousands of lives through programs such as the Low Income Energy Assistance Program (LIEAP), Head Start, Foster Grandparents, Meals on Wheels, Senior Centers, Affordable Housing and many more. Rocky's commitment is to improving quality of life, especially for low income members of our communities.
