The Rocky Mountain Community Land Trust is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that provides affordable housing opportunities for low-income families in El Paso County and the City of Colorado Springs. We do this through homeownership with families and through transitional housing for homeless families and affordable rentals for low-income families in collaboration with other non-profits.
