Description

We are the parent teacher organization covering K-6 grade at Rockwell elementary and Wheeler middle schools of the Onondaga Central School district. See our website to see our mission statement and bylaws. All the money we raise goes directly back to the students and school district. We have on adminisrative cost and have 100% parent/teacher volunteers. David Toomey is the president of the PTO
