Strives to increase the effectiveness of public and private non-profit organizations as they deal with issures related to child abuse, youth adjudications, poor school performance, drug/alcohol use. Works to develop programs and initiatives that promotes positive and safe child development, student achievement, and healthy family functioning and community development.
