Rockdale Cares ia a volunteer organization dedicated to filling the gap that most developmentally challenged citizens fall into. The gap between simply survinging and being an active part of the community and enjoying the same positive experiecnces that other citizens enjoy. Rockdale Cares works with local and state legislators to ensure that the rights and need of developmentally challenged citizens are protected.
