STRATE is 501 (c) (3) not for profit organization that serves youth and ex-offenders. We provide job training and referrals, GED and Foreign Languages, Food and clothing banks. We secure housing for the homeless. Cerified Counselors are on staff and clients are assisted in getting into higher education with fresham tuition provided.
