Description

Riviera Beach YouthBuild (RBYB), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, that targets the unique status of young men and women between the ages of 18 and 24 who dropped out of high school, lack job skills, and have no apparent path to success. Each one of our participants is committed to re-building their own future as they rebuild their community. Participants remain in the program for up to 2 years, with a year of follow-up services to set them firmly on a path to success.



RBYB participants spend 50% of their time gaining hands-on construction experience on a variety of sites within Riviera Beach. Last year, they rehabilitated 47 homes of low income residents.This program is beneficial to the community in many ways, including revitalization of low income neighborhoods.All of our participants are Riviera Beach residents.
