What is the Rise School?
Rise is an early childhood education program with three major goals: to provide children with a blend of intervention and therapy services within the context of a developmentally appropriate curriculum; to provide family centered services designed to meet the needs of all children and families; and to prepare children for their next learning environment.
What is the mission of Rise Austin?
To provide the highest quality early childhood education services to children with developmental disabilities and without disabilities, with the goal that all students with developmental disabilities can be mainstreamed or included into regular public school at six years of age.
Who benefits from Rise?
The Rise program is designed to meet the needs of young children 18 months up to 6 years of age with and without developmental disabilities.
