Rio Vista CARE is a community based, public trust nonprofit corporation dedicated to promoting healthy and productive lifestyles for the children, youth and families of the Greater Sacramento Delta region. Our programs include a comprehensive Family Resource Center, In-Home Visitation, School-based counseling and mentoring, and on-site adult and family counseling services.
