The Rio Grande Valley Missions Action Council's purpose is to (1.) Generate funds for Lutheran Missions in the Rio Grande Valley(RGV) of South Texas, (2.)Start new minitstries in the RGV, (3.)Assist District subsidized ministries to become more financially independent, (4.) and raise public awareness of Lutheranism.
