Description
The mission is to prevent premature death or disability due to the complications of hypertension, diabetes and high cholesterol among the uninsured and medically underserved. We are a rare specialty free clinic serving the Greater Richmond Area of Virginia. We give medical treatment, education, medication therapy and case management services to the less fortunate.
We have been operating since 1983.
