Description
Revels is a nonprofit performing arts organization that serves the Greater Boston area. We are the umbrella organization for 8 other Revels throughout the country.
Our mission is to celebrate the seasons and cycles through performance and participatory experience, and to cultivate an understanding of traditional music, dance, drama and ritual drawn from the world's cultures.
We pursue this mission through musical theater, educational programs, recordings, publications and community celebrations. We engage people of all ages and backgrounds in activities that are designed to entertain, to nourish the spirit, and to build bridges across generations and cultures.
