Residents for Effective Shelter Transitions(REST) is a homeless service provider in the Uptown neighborhood of Chicago's north side. REST offers emergency overnight shelter, interim housing and permanent supportive housing as well as intensive case management, life skills and job training, recovery programs and referrals to over 2,000 adult men and women each year.
