Description

Regional Hospice provides care, comfort and compassion to those touched by life-limiting illness and loss. Our agency has provided hospice and palliative home care services to families in Western Connecticut since 1983.

We offer three programs:

HOSPICE offers patients and families expert care by an interdisciplinary team of nurses, home health aides, social workers, spiritual caregivers, volunteers and bereavement specialists. We focus on the whole person, meeting his or her medical, emotional and spiritual needs throughout the stages of life-limiting illness.

CARES AT HOME is a palliative care option for those with a serious or chronic illness, or who may be seeking curative treatments. This program offers pain and symptom control and psychosocial support for both patients and families.

HEALING HEARTS was created specifically to help adults and children with their grief and to support them as they rebuild their lives.
