Description

The Region A Partnership for Children is a non-profit organization that administers North Carolina's Smart Start early care and education program throughour the seven westernmost counties of North Carolina and on the Cherokee Indian Reservation. Our mission is to improve the quality of life for our region's young children and their families by encouraging advocacy and collaboration and funding services that focus on prevention and early intervention.
