ARE YOU READY TO REDISCOVER YOUR INNER ARTIST? Volunteer Orientation, Thursday, September 22, 6 pm; reDiscover Center, 12958 Washington Blvd., Los Angeles, CA 90066
If you enjoy developing project ideas for school programs and drop-in art activities, leading art activities including field trips, parties, and community art activities this training is the ideal way to help your community. Training topics include childhood educational philosophy, artistic techniques and the importance of reducing our impact on the environment. This free training begins with an orientation on September 22 at 6pm and takes place at the reDiscover Center. Sessions will be held October 1st, 15th, 29th and November 12th from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Pre-registration is requested.
