RRVGS is a 501 ( c ) 3 organization of genealogists formed to encourage the study of genealogy, particularly in & of our region, to help others gather genealogical information, to establish a library of books and research materials, to preserve and compile genealogical records, to encourage public officials in charge of public records to preserved them and make them accessible, to publish such books and records.
