Description

Our staff is comprised of a team of individuals who have experience with
mental health, either personally or through family members. We assess
and work towards improving the quality of mental health services in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. We conduct surveys of individuals who receive mental health services. Through these surveys, we learn what works well and what can be improved. We promote better mental health services by sharing the survey results and recommendations for changes with the service providers and the Office of Lancaster Mental Health/Mental Retardation/Early Intervention. We educate individuals in the components and processes of mental health recovery through training sessions. We volunteer and lead various community committees that are focused on recovery.
