We are a non-profit housing rehabilitation organization, that in partnership with the community, provides free repairs, rehabilitation and accessiblity modifications to low-income homeowners in Washington County Or. so that they may continue to live in warmth, safety and independence in their own homes. A preference is given to homeowners who are elderly, disabled or familes with dependent children.
