Undertakes a wide range of activities designed to increase the healthcare workforce in underserved communities of eastern Virginia's Northern Neck, Middle Peninsula and greater Fredericksburg area. Trains Community Health Workers and Medical Interpreters. Arranges community based clinical rotations for health professionals in training. Supports telemedicine and technology enhancements for rural communities.
