Description
Raleigh County Animal Rescue (RCAR) is based in Coal City, West Virginia. We are a small, no-kill, 501(c)3 organization. RCAR is not affiliated with the Raleigh County Humane Society/Shelter in any way. We foster in our homes and are limited to the number of animals we can take in. We are dedicated to helping homeless, abandoned or abused animals. Our efforts are guided toward finding permanent homes for our animals. Please be sure your animals have on their i.d. tags at all times. Along with this, we stress the importance of neutering and spaying all pets.
