Description
The Rainbow Connection is an organization dedicated to supporting families of children with cancer and blood disorders. Our patient base is out of The University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston. While we are endorsed by the univeristy, we do not receive any monetary support from them.
Programs offered by the organization are a week long summer camp for the patients and their siblings, a trip to the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo, a holiday party, financial support for parents to attend the annual parent conference and some medical financail support.
Our organization is made up of only volunteers. There are no paid members.
