The Rafiki Foundation turns helpless children in Africa, into godly contributors to the world. These services are primarily for orphans and other children, especially those victimized by the AIDS virus. This is accomplished by establishing Rafiki Training Villages in areas where the need is great. These Training Villages provide a loving home for orphans, accredited schooling and health care. The Training Villages also provide community programs such as: vocational training for teen-agers, course in cultural arts, Bible teaching, athletics, health education, and periodic health clinics. Long and short-term professionals are sent to operate these Training Villages, along with the help of nationals employed by Rafiki. These Rafiki Training Villages, become the operational training facilities for preparing the nationals to replicate the ministries of Rafiki so many more children can be reached.
