Racine County Youth As Resources provides small grants to you-designed, youth-led community service projects in Racine County, WI. All grant decisions (and other organizational functions) are made by a board of 25% adults and 75% youth.

RCYAR is all about empowering young people to make a positive difference in their own community through community service.
