Description

The "Race to Read" program is a reading program for elementary-age children that promotes at-home reading through a fun racing theme. Since 1995, the program has been in 171 Colorado elementary schools and each year promotes an additional 180,000 hours of reading during its six week curriculum. Now in its 15th year, the "Race to Read" program is funded primarily through donations made to the Bandimere Family Foundation, a 501c3 non-profit.
