Description
Rabun Youth, Inc. (RYI), which was formed in 1994, is a non-profit youth development organization dedicated to providing a protected and supervised setting for youth, where they meet for tutoring, cultivating a growing sense of themselves and their place in the world and developing friendships. RYI promotes a cooperative atmosphere by training youth in leadership, community service and career public relations. We promote and reflect the family and cultural values of our Northeast Georgia Appalachian community. Rabun Youth provides services free of charge to teens in grades 6-12. For over 14 years RYI has relied primarily on donations from local businesses and individuals to provide this youth center for teens.
