Quitman County Development Organization, Inc. (QCDO) is a private not-for-profit organization with nearly 30 years of experience in community development. Our primary goals have always been that of providing social, economic, and financial services to the low-income citizens of the Mississippi Delta. Since beginning operations in 1977, QCDO has added several programs designed to fit the needs and demands of its members. Social programs include housing assistance, micro-enterprise development and loans, youth development, and child care. Along with the many services we provide, our agency continues to reach out to individuals and communities to develop a wide range of organizational and leadership skills.
