Description
The mission of Qualistar Colorado is to advance early childhood education across the state. We are working to improve the school readiness of Colorado's children through three distinct yet interrelated core programs: the Qualistar Rating system, which rates the quality of child care programs; child care resource and referral, providing parents with thorough information about child care options across the state; and professional development programs, including scholarships, for early childhood educators.
