Description

QHAPL is a non-profit animal welfare group dedicated to the spaying and neutering of companion animals. What we do: offer assistance with low cost spay/neuter programs, provide assistance in finding new homes for pets, offer all natural foods at affordable prices, offer herbal consultations to assist with pet health (in conjunction with regular veterinary treatment), educate and assist with feral (wild) cat rescue.

We are currently raising funds to open a low cost wellness clinic in the Greenwich, NY area to provide veterinary services to the general public regardless of income.
