Puente a la Salud Comunitaria (Bridge to Community Health; Puente) is a U.S. 501(c)(3) public charity operating in Oaxaca, Mexico.
With a population of 3.3 million, Oaxaca is the second-poorest state in Mexico and has a high rate of malnutrition.
Partnering with families, health workers, and farmers to promote the consumption and cultivation of the highly nutritious grain amaranth, Puente is dedicated to the eradication of malnutrition in rural Mexico.
