Description
Providence Academy is a not for profit school for children with varying special needs. Our population includes children K-8th with diagnoses of ADHD, Learning Disabilities, Dyslexia, Autism, Aspergers and Pervasive Developmental Disorders. The program is very intensive and the student teacher ratio is 5 to 1. Speech and Language Therapy, Occupational Therapy and Neurotherapy can be incorporated into the child's school day. We are in the process of expanding our facility to have K-12 and a transitional living program, but will require contributions to be able to build a larger facility.
