Description
Promote Africa was established to provide schools in rural Africa with technology, an internet connection, computer literacy training, and a vehicle for economic growth by opening international markets to foreign consumers of authentic African crafts. Internet service for the village schools is used to enhance academic curricula and supplement teaching resources, while regional artisans have access to the public e-library. Thus, Promote Africa attempts to link economic development with its prerequisite element: education.
