PROMISE FOR ETHAN is organized for the following purposes:
(a) Benefit educational and scientific purposes of Sudden Infant Death Syndrome (SIDS) and Sudden Unexpected Infant Death (SUID);
(b) Provide encouragement and comfort through education and grief support;
(c) Provide SIDS and SUID education throughout Illinois; and
(d) Raise SIDS and SUID awareness.
