Description
Founded in 1969, Project FIND's mission is to provide low- and moderate-income and homeless adults on Manhattan's West Side with the services and support they need to enrich their lives and live independently in the community for as long as possible.
Today, Project FIND operates three supportive housing residences that are home to 600 elders and five senior centers with 2,500 members. Our seniors range from the healthy and active, to the frail and homebound, to the homeless. For all of our residents and center members, Project FIND is a true lifeline, providing housing, meals, and programs that help seniors cope with the challenges of aging by encouraging socialization, healthy living, hope, and optimism.
