Description
Project ABLE (A Better Life Experience) is s a peer run non-profit organization that utilizes peer designed and delivered support for individuals with mental health and/or co-occurring (mental illness plus addiction) issues. The purpose of Project ABLE is to reduce stigma and empower recovery through education programs that share information, support programs that build confidence and leadership roles that promote self-efficacy.
Our mission is to provide peer-to-peer supports for individuals with mental health and/or co-occurring (mental illness plus addiction) issues. These supports acknowledge human dignity and the capacity for individuals to recover, and promote life long empowerment.
