Description
Progressive Choices, Inc. is a not for profit 501(c)(3) corporation that serves the Intellectually Disabled population of Southern Nevada. We provide training and development services for the intellectually disabled. This enables us to aid employers in staffing their organizations inexpensively by linking qualified supported workers in an assortment of positions or outsourcing production work to our in-house employment opportunities. Typically these individuals are under the supervision of a “job coach” and hired in groups of three or more. By doing this, Progressive Choices continues to keep an open dialogue to assure success for the business, as well as the employee.
