Description

Primrose Living Fund (PLF) is dedicated to supporting and educating older adults and caregivers throughout Northern California. PLF provides emotional support, educational materials and access to community resources through monthly support groups, caregiver trainings, educational presentations and collaboration with community services to provide individuals with access to services. Recipients of Primrose Living Fund services receive professional support and information from a qualified social worker (MSW).
