Description
The Primary Care & Hope Clinic (PCHC) exists as a non-profit, 501 C3 organization that provides affordable and accessible primary health care to the working uninsured and underinsured residents of Rutherford County, Tennessee. The PCHC exists as a community ministry that serves as a health care safety net for our community hospitals & Emergency Room departments. These organizations discharge the hospitalized uninsured to our clinic in an attempt to provide a medical home. The PCHC is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors and supported through grants, individual donations, minimal patient fees (on a sliding scale), and area business, civic, and community donations.
