Established in 1983 as a local, grass roots response to the increasing problem of child abuse and neglect. Prevention & Prevention of Abused Children (PPAC) provides quality family programming as well as child maltreatment prevention services to children that are at risk of or have experienced child abuse or neglect. PPAC is dedicated to enhancing family life through intervention, prevention, and ongoing education.
