Description

The Pregnancy Resource Center of Metro Richmond is dedicated to providing compassionate care and practical assistance to women unprepared for pregnancy. We are committed to presenting the hope that Jesus Christ offers, both in word and in deed. Since our doors opened in 1983, we have helped over 28,000 women deal with the challenges of pregnancy, childbirth, and parenting. Our ministry provides the following free services to our clients:
• Pregnancy Testing
• 24-Hour Help Line
• Ultrasounds to confirm pregnancy
• STD screening
• Ongoing mentoring during pregnancy and parenting classes
• Practical Assistance (maternity & baby clothes, baby furnishings, layettes)
• Referrals for: medical care, adoption, job training, housing
• Sexual Integrity Training for churches and schools
• Support/peer counseling for those suffering emotionally after an abortion experience
